Create a Pregnancy Plan

This step is both the simplest and the hardest. The simplest in that it asks you to sit down with your partner and chart both desired conception and the nine months leading up to birth. As a lupus patient, you should consider various scenarios that could occur during that time, including possible flares, along with more traditional plans, like work schedules, birth education classes, and so forth. One way to go about creating this plan is to visit the local library and do a little research. More importantly, create a list of questions that you have that a healthcare professional can best answer. And then proceed to Step Two.
