Healthy Eating Web chat

I'm a little late with this, but the Lupus Foundation of America hosted a Web chat on Nov. 12 about healthy eating and weight management with lupus. As the holidays approach, this is an especially relevant topic.

In general, these Web chats are great, especially since you can submit questions beforehand on the LFA Web site or during the chat itself. I missed this chat, but hopefully everyone reading this will check out the site for a schedule of upcoming chats and transcripts of previous chats.
