Save the Date: Lupus Advocacy Day

If you haven't made spring break plans yet, this might be worth writing down on your calendar. March 10 and 11 have been designated Advocacy Day 2008 through the Lupus Foundation of America.

Advocacy Day offers people -- patients, family, friends, supporters and researchers -- the opportunity to joing forces on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., to make their voices heard.

The effort is to get Congress to provide more funds for lupus research, for everything from finding a cure to raising awareness.
